Resort, Clubs & Neighborhoods
The addresses that
define Boca Raton.
From The Boca Raton's oceanfront terraces to the private drives of Broken Sound, we operate across every destination Palm Beach County's anchor city generates.
i.
The Boca Raton.
Boca's flagship address — a Waldorf Astoria resort spanning 200 acres of beachfront, golf, and curated event space. Corporate retreats, charity galas, wedding weekends, and the constant flow of resort guests who need timed transfers to PBI, MIA, and FLL. The property's scale means arrivals and departures overlap constantly — we coordinate porte-cochère staging, multi-vehicle group sequences, and quiet residential exits with the same preparation for each.
ii.
Mizner Park & Palmetto Park Corridor.
Boca Raton's primary open-air destination — galleries, restaurants, corporate offices, and the Mizner Park Amphitheater. Client dinners, gallery openings, post-show pickups, and the executive lunch circuit that connects Mizner Park to Broken Sound offices and back. We stage against Mizner Park's pedestrian timing and know which entries work at 8:00 p.m. and which do not.
iii.
Town Center at Boca Raton.
South Florida's most consistent high-end retail destination. Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, and the brands that attract the Palm Beach County client who does not park in a general lot. We handle drop-off and timed pickup at the preferred entrance, manage schedule changes mid-trip, and hold for clients without a meter running on patience.
iv.
Boca Raton Gated Communities.
Boca Grove, Broken Sound, The Polo Club, Mizner Country Club, St. Andrews — Boca Raton's private residential corridor runs along the western reaches of Military Trail and beyond. Each community has its own gate protocol, its own preferred entrance, and its own standard for an unannounced arrival. We arrive pre-cleared, identify ourselves correctly, and leave the gate the way a resident would — without attention.
v.
Delray Beach — The Adjacent Market.
Boca Raton and Delray Beach share a client corridor that most operators treat as two separate service areas. Atlantic Avenue in Delray is twelve minutes from Mizner Park — our Boca clients move between the two for dinner, gallery visits, and private events without thinking of it as a transfer. We handle the full Boca-to-Delray corridor as one territory, not as two reservations.
vi.
PBI — Palm Beach International Airport.
Twenty-five minutes from the Boca Raton hotel corridor — the closest major airport to Palm Beach County's residential market. PBI processes far less volume than MIA or FLL, which means security is faster, curbside is less congested, and early-morning departures move without the delay tax of a larger airport. We time PBI transfers to the minute and monitor arrivals in real time.
