What type of clients does Prestige VIP work with?
Principals, family offices, corporate executives, private clients, and guests for whom precision and discretion are requirements. We do not discuss individual client names or accounts.
Do you manage corporate accounts?
Yes. We work with corporate accounts on a recurring basis — billing cycles, preferred vehicles, and a dedicated point of contact are available for high-frequency clients. Contact us to discuss.
Can I request the same chauffeur each time?
Yes, and we encourage it. Familiarity has value — your chauffeur learns your preferences, your schedule, and your standard without a briefing each time. Recurring clients are matched by default.
How is my privacy protected?
Every chauffeur signs a non-disclosure agreement. We do not share client information with third parties, discuss accounts with other clients, or reference client names publicly. Discretion is a contractual requirement.
How do I establish an ongoing account?
Call or email us directly. We do not require a formal contract for recurring clients — a conversation is sufficient. We will confirm preferences, establish a billing arrangement, and assign a point of contact from our team.
