How far in advance should I reserve?
Same-day is possible and frequently accommodated. For events, weddings, and out-of-town principals, twenty-four hours is comfortable; a week is preferred. Standing reservations may be set up at any time.
Do you publish rates?
No. Every reservation is quoted on the route, the hour, and the level of service required. A specialist will return a precise figure within the hour of your request — no obligation, no follow-up calls.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from departure. If you are early or late, we adjust at no charge. Domestic arrivals receive 60 minutes of complimentary wait time; international, 90 minutes.
Are your chauffeurs vetted?
Every chauffeur is licensed, background-checked, uniformed, and carries an NDA. Continuing-education modules cover protocol, defensive driving, and discretion. We will provide credentials on request.
How are accounts billed?
One-off reservations are settled by card on confirmation. Corporate accounts may be direct-billed monthly with itemized statements. Family offices: a single card on file, summary at month end, on request.
Can I request the same chauffeur each time?
Yes, where availability permits. For standing accounts and frequent clients, we maintain a chauffeur preference on file. The continuity of a familiar face is something we actively try to preserve.
