Hotels, Clubs & Neighborhoods
The addresses that
define Coral Gables.
From The Biltmore's golf lawn to the private gates of Gables Estates, we operate across every destination that Coral Gables puts on a client's calendar.
i.
The Biltmore Hotel & Golf Course.
Coral Gables' most iconic address. Weddings, corporate retreats, charity galas, weekend brunches, and the constant flow of hotel guests who need timed pickups for MIA. We know The Biltmore's entrance rhythm, its banquet room exit timing, and its Sunday brunch crowd — and we are at the porte-cochère before the valet calls.
ii.
Coral Gables Country Club.
A private membership institution with formal event rhythms that require advance coordination. Dinner reservations, tournament mornings, seasonal galas — each has a distinct arrival and departure pattern. We maintain chauffeur continuity for members and handle multi-vehicle event staging for club functions on request.
iii.
Miracle Mile & Giralda Plaza.
Coral Gables' main commercial corridor and its curated dining plaza. Client lunches, executive meetings in the surrounding offices, after-dinner pickups from the restaurants on Giralda — each has a different drop-off restriction and staging window. We know every block and position accordingly, not in a no-standing zone two turns away.
iv.
Coconut Grove — The Adjacent Pocket.
Coral Gables and Coconut Grove share a border and a client base. Many of our Coral Gables regulars move fluidly between the two — dinner in the Grove, home in the Gables, meetings in Brickell the next morning. We handle the corridor as a single territory, not as separate requests with separate vehicles.
v.
Gables Estates & Cocoplum.
Two of Miami's most private gated residential enclaves. Gables Estates borders the bay to the south; Cocoplum sits at Old Cutler and Le Jeune. Both have strict gate protocols and zero margin for an unannounced arrival. We arrive pre-cleared on every visit and know the preferred entrance of every client we serve here.
vi.
University of Miami Campus.
Corporate visitors to UM's Coral Gables campus, faculty transfers, alumni event pickups, and the BankUnited Center on event nights. The campus generates a consistent demand for timed pickups that most operators handle poorly — they arrive at the wrong gate, or fifteen minutes late. We know the campus and we know the clock.
