Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International · FLL

FLL,
the airport that moves.

Private chauffeur service at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International — all four terminals covered, real-time flight tracking on every reservation, and the fastest curb-to-vehicle handoff in South Florida.

01

South Florida's faster
second airport.

FLL handles over 35 million passengers per year — and unlike MIA, it does so without the customs bottlenecks, causeway exposure, or congested access roads that define the Miami airport experience. Four terminals, all ground-level, with curbside pickup that operates without the staging complexity of a major international hub. For clients arriving from New York, Chicago, or London on a direct flight, FLL is often the faster choice start to finish — shorter security lines, less curbside congestion, and five minutes from the Fort Lauderdale hotel corridor.

Each of FLL's four terminals has its own curbside zone, its own carrier mix, and its own pickup rhythm. Terminal 1 handles United and JetBlue. Terminal 2 is Southwest's primary hall — the highest-volume terminal at FLL and the one most operators mishandle because they treat it like a smaller terminal than it is. Terminal 3 covers American, Spirit, and Frontier. Terminal 4 handles the international carriers: British Airways, Avianca, LATAM. We confirm the specific terminal and curbside zone on every reservation — not just the airline.

Every terminal,
every carrier, every pickup.

From Southwest's Terminal 2 to the international arrivals hall in Terminal 4, we cover every FLL scenario the same way — confirmed in advance, tracked in real time.

i.

Terminal 1 — United, JetBlue & Alliance Carriers.

Terminal 1 handles United and JetBlue's primary FLL operations — two carriers that account for a significant share of the New York–South Florida corridor. Arrival timing here is tighter than Terminal 2: most passengers exit baggage claim in under 25 minutes. We position at the correct curbside zone before the belt stops moving. For Star Alliance connections and United international arrivals routing through FLL, customs processing applies — we track the inbound leg, not the scheduled connection time.

ii.

Terminal 2 — Southwest Airlines.

Southwest is FLL's dominant carrier and Terminal 2 is its primary hall — handling more daily departures and arrivals than any other terminal at the airport. The volume means curbside can back up during peak morning banks and holiday travel. We position against the specific gate bank and baggage carousel for your flight, not a general Terminal 2 curbside. Southwest's no-assigned-seat boarding also affects deplaning speed — we account for it.

iii.

Terminal 3 — American, Spirit & Budget Carriers.

Terminal 3 handles American Airlines, Spirit, Frontier, and Allegiant — a mixed carrier profile that generates the widest spread of arrival and departure times in the FLL system. American connects through MIA on many itineraries, which can mean multi-leg arrivals with variable final timing. We track the last leg into FLL, not the first departure from origin. Spirit and Frontier's tight turnaround schedules mean early landings are common — we are already there.

iv.

Terminal 4 — International Arrivals.

FLL's international terminal handles British Airways, Avianca, LATAM, and other long-haul carriers. International customs processing at FLL is significantly faster than MIA on most days — the volume is lower, the CBP staffing is more consistent, and the terminal is smaller. We still add the standard international clearance window and monitor in real time. Complimentary wait time for international arrivals is 90 minutes from wheels-down.

v.

FLL Airport Hotel Corridor.

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport is connected to Terminal 1 via a direct walkway — the only airport-connected hotel in Broward. The Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale-Plantation are both within five minutes. Pre-flight overnight stays, post-arrival hotel drops, and early-morning FLL departures from these properties are among our most consistent Broward runs. We handle the hotel-to-terminal sequence as a single managed itinerary.

vi.

Corporate & Group Arrivals.

Multiple executives arriving on separate FLL flights within a two-hour window — some on Southwest from Chicago, one on British Airways from London, another on American via Miami. We manage the sequence across all four terminals simultaneously, hold at the last arrival, and depart as a group. Sprinter capacity for groups of seven or more. Corporate accounts with recurring FLL pickups operate on a standing schedule — no new briefing on each run.

Three ways
we handle FLL.

Arrivals, departures, and ongoing accounts — FLL's four terminals managed with the same real-time tracking standard as any airport in our network.

i.

Arrivals — Meet & Greet

Our chauffeur meets you inside at the baggage claim exit or curbside at the lower level — your choice. We hold a printed name sign for arrivals. Complimentary wait time: 60 minutes for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international. Terminal 4 international arrivals receive the full customs window, tracked from landing. If your flight is early, we are already there.

ii.

Departures — Timed to the Terminal

FLL's four-terminal layout means departure timing depends on your specific carrier, curbside zone, and check-in requirement — not a generic airport estimate. We calculate the pickup time against your terminal, your origin address, and the time of day. Southwest's boarding process, American's check-in window, and Terminal 4's international check-in lead time are all factored in before the vehicle leaves.

Corporate & Ongoing Accounts

Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas corridor and the Broward hotel market generate recurring FLL demand from executive accounts. We establish standing arrangements for clients with regular FLL schedules — billing cycle, preferred vehicle, one point of contact. Your flight number confirms the run. No re-briefing, no missed timings.

Answered, plainly.

How is FLL different from MIA for a private chauffeur pickup?
FLL's curbside is significantly less congested than MIA's — four separate terminal curbside zones, each handling a fraction of MIA's daily volume. There is no causeway, no express toll road, and no bridge on the primary routes from the Fort Lauderdale hotel corridor. For most domestic itineraries, FLL produces a faster total door-to-door time than MIA. We operate both airports to the same standard; FLL simply has fewer variables working against the pickup.
Do you cover all four FLL terminals?
Yes. Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 — including Southwest's primary hall in Terminal 2, the international arrivals in Terminal 4, and all domestic carriers across Terminals 1 and 3. The specific terminal and curbside zone are confirmed on every reservation, along with the baggage carousel level for your airline.
How long is the complimentary wait time at FLL?
Sixty minutes for domestic arrivals, ninety minutes for international arrivals — both measured from the updated wheels-down time. FLL's international customs processing is generally faster than MIA's, so the 90-minute window is typically more than sufficient. We have never abandoned a confirmed FLL pickup regardless of wait time.
Can you pick up from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport for an early departure?
Yes. The Hilton FLL is connected to Terminal 1 — one of the most efficient hotel-to-curb sequences of any property in our network. For pre-flight stays at the Hilton, Marriott, or Renaissance near FLL, we time the pickup against your specific terminal, check-in requirement, and carrier. An early-morning Southwest departure from Terminal 2 and a British Airways check-in at Terminal 4 have different lead times — we calculate both correctly.
Do you handle transfers between FLL and Miami or the Fort Lauderdale hotel corridor?
Yes. FLL to the Fort Lauderdale hotel corridor runs approximately five minutes. FLL to Brickell or downtown Miami runs approximately 35–45 minutes. We handle the full Broward-to-Miami-Dade corridor, including multi-leg itineraries where a client arrives at FLL and needs onward transportation to a Miami property or vice versa.
