The Breakers Palm Beach.

Palm Beach's defining institution — 538 rooms, two golf courses, and a Society Season event calendar that fills continuously from October through April. Corporate conferences, charity galas, wedding weekends, and the daily rhythm of hotel guests moving between The Breakers, Worth Avenue, and PBI. We coordinate porte-cochère staging for arriving groups, manage post-gala departure sequences, and time PBI pickups for guests checking out after a multi-night stay. The Breakers is our most consistent Palm Beach run.

Four Seasons Palm Beach.

A boutique resort for the international principal who prefers smaller-scale. Fourteen stories, 210 rooms, and a guest profile that skews toward multi-night business stays and family-office clients visiting from New York, London, and Geneva. Arrivals are quieter here than at The Breakers — a vehicle pulling into the Four Seasons does not go unnoticed, and we stage accordingly. PBI transfers, Worth Avenue runs, and estate connections are managed from a single point of contact.

Worth Avenue.

Palm Beach's commercial corridor — a half-mile of Hermès, Chanel, Cartier, Tiffany, and the private galleries and boutiques in the Via courtyards behind the main street. Drop-offs on Worth require knowledge of which entrance applies — public parking is limited and vehicles that linger attract attention. We stage on the surrounding blocks, hold for clients mid-visit, and manage multi-stop afternoon itineraries along the Via system without a call between each stop.

Mar-a-Lago.

A private club operating under its own security protocol — advance identification, coordinated gate access, and arrivals that are handled without any degree of improvisation. We coordinate all Mar-a-Lago runs in advance with the client and the relevant contact at the property. Vehicles arrive pre-identified, chauffeurs carry the relevant documentation, and departures are staged against the event schedule. This is not a venue you approach unprepared.

The Colony Hotel Palm Beach.

The island's most socially active boutique hotel — the property most associated with the fashion and society circuit that operates during Season. Colony regulars and the visiting creative and editorial contingent that fills the hotel during Palm Beach Fashion Week and the broader October-to-April calendar. Arrivals here require discretion and timing. We manage Colony pickups with the same quiet preparation as any private residence on the island.

Palm Beach Estates & Private Residences.

The island's residential fabric — from the lakeside estates of El Bravo Way and Dunbar Road to the oceanfront properties of South End. Many of our Palm Beach clients are not at a hotel at all. They are in residence for the season, with vehicles needed for Worth Avenue runs, PBI pickups for arriving guests, and transfers to Boca Raton or Miami for business. We maintain preferences on file, coordinate arrivals at private gates without calling ahead, and operate at the level of discretion a Palm Beach residence requires.

PBI is fifteen minutes from the island — the closest major airport in our network relative to its served residential market. Early departures, late arrivals, and multi-night itineraries for guests flying into Palm Beach from New York, London, and international connections through MIA are all handled with the same timing standard. Private aviation at the KPBI FBO terminals is accommodated on request.

Do you serve private residences on Palm Beach Island?
Yes. Private residential clients are the core of our Palm Beach account base. We serve estates across the North End, the ocean-to-lake stretch, and the South End properties. Gate access is coordinated in advance and maintained on file — we do not call the gate, and we do not arrive unannounced. Chauffeur assignments and client preferences are managed from the first reservation, without a reminder.
How far is Palm Beach from PBI airport?
Approximately fifteen minutes under normal conditions — PBI is the closest major airport in our network to its served residential market. We time arrivals to the baggage level, monitor flights in real time, and adjust for early landings and delays without a call from you. Private aviation at the PBI FBO terminals is accommodated on request. MIA is available for clients with international connections or preferred airline routing.
Do you handle arrivals and departures at Mar-a-Lago?
Yes. Mar-a-Lago operates under a specific access protocol — advance identification, coordinated gate notification, and arrivals that require no improvisation. We prepare every Mar-a-Lago run before the day of the reservation: the client is briefed on timing, the vehicle is pre-identified with the property, and the chauffeur carries the relevant documentation. This is among our most carefully managed Palm Beach destinations.
Can you transfer between Palm Beach and Miami or Boca Raton?
Yes. Palm Beach to Boca Raton runs approximately 25–30 minutes — the two markets share a significant client base during Season. Palm Beach to Miami is approximately 70–80 minutes. Both corridors are common for seasonal residents with business interests south of the island, guests connecting through MIA, or multi-property itineraries across Palm Beach County. We handle the full route without separate bookings for each leg.
Do you manage multi-vehicle coordination for Breakers events?
Yes. The Breakers' Society Season calendar includes events that require sequenced arrivals, staggered departures, and vehicles positioned across multiple entrance points simultaneously. We coordinate multi-vehicle setups for groups — whether a corporate group of twelve or a private party of four requiring two vehicles for timing reasons.
